These deluxe Heavy Duty Converter Rails convert your Full size bed to a Queen size bed. Features inverted angle iron with bolt-on connections for added strength. "L" clips secure the box spring and allow for an additional width of 3" on either side. Unlike other Converter Rail systems, these feature dual support bars for strength and support.
